Unlike a revenue-share model, Robbies Robotics charges Dzombo a flat per-client monthly fee for each active White-Label Client. This fee covers 24/7 monitoring, maintenance, support, and infrastructure management for that client. Dzombo sets their own End Client pricing and retains the margin.

Robbies Robotics retains all IP and IP rights to customizations
Robbies Robotics retains all intellectual property rights to customizations, software, tools, scripts, configurations, and methodologies used to manage the System. Dzombo retains ownership of End Client data and their own branding.
90-day termination clause
Either party may terminate with 90 days written notice after the initial 24-month term. On termination: all End Client data transfers to Dzombo; Robbies Robotics delivers complete documentation of all configurations; outstanding invoices remain payable.
Non-Compete
Robbies Robotics agrees not to directly solicit or sell AI services to Dzombo's existing End Clients for the duration of the Agreement and 12 months after termination. Applies to Namibia and the SACU region.
System Capacity
Tier 4 Premium can support up to ~50 concurrent White-Label Clients (Small–Medium) or ~20 concurrent clients (Large–Enterprise). Capacity alerts issued at 70%, 85%, and 95% utilization thresholds.
